They Came to Me


I needed a mental health day. It was a hard time for me - hard to choose to not work when it was something I had promised to do. But I did it, and I needed the break. And then when I went out to enjoy the day, there they were. I created them. They showed up because I was there. Six bald eagles.

Don't beat yourself up for taking a mental health day. Everyone needs those sometimes.
