Fire Food and Drink

This a nice picture of the dining room at Fire. The front windows are to the left and the kitchen and "line" are to the right. The food line, or line, is the front kitchen, the one that people get to see. It's cool, sort of like that old pizza place where I could look in the window and see the pizza being made. The main difference is you have to be tall to see over this counter. Happy Jack's was the name of the pizza place in Sioux Falls, I think. For those of you who remember Happy Jack's Pizza (if that was the name), you are old school.
