This is Doan Brook as it flows away from Lower Shaker Lake and heads down the hill to meet the big lake near I 90 and Martin Luther King Drive. Shaker 'Heights' is not one of those names used loosely because it sounds like good marketing for some new real estate development. No, we actually do live on a hill.
